Lower unit is occupied. The only way to view the house will be at the open house on 5/28 from 5-8. The electrical was updated in 2011, the roof was a complete tear off within the last 10 years. All pex plumbing the upper back porch was rebuilt in the summer of 2024. The lower unit has a tankless hot water heater
Terms - A deposit of 10% will be collected on the day of the auction with the balance due at closing. A 10% buyer premium will be added to the final purchase price. The Seller is responsible for search and real estate transfer tax at the time of closing.
